User Data Deletion

Babypool users can delete their account directly from Profile settings while signed in. These instructions also apply if you used Facebook Login or connected your Facebook profile to Babypool.

How to delete your account

1. Sign in to Babypool.
2. Open Profile settings.
3. Find Delete account, type DELETE, and confirm deletion.

What we delete

Account deletion removes your Babypool profile, bookings, sitter profile, pool records, messages, emergency contacts, push tokens, and sign-in account, except where retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, billing records, dispute handling, or other legitimate operational needs.

If you used Facebook Login or connected Facebook to Babypool, deletion also removes Facebook-sourced profile data stored by Babypool, including the connected Facebook profile URL.
